Corps Series

Corps Series classes teach the fundamentals of ballet technique and are APPROPRIATE FOR ALL LEVELS – NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! (But if you have some, that’s fabulous, too!). Combinations emphasize proper body mechanics and ballet basics. This class will strengthen and tone your legs, buns, back, and core while developing flexibility and graceful posture.
Just wear non-grip socks and comfortable exercise clothes.
