To participate in the performance you will need to do the following.
PAYMENT DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 10, 2026.
- 1Review Rehearsal, Workshop, and Performance Schedule.
- 2Sign the Liability Waiver, Performance Agreement, and Code of Conduct documents.
- 3Send the signed documents to tiekka@everydayballet.com. Then you'll be sent the payment link.
- 4Pay the performance fee.
- 5Join the Showcase Group in the Everyday Ballet WhatsApp. Tiekka will send the link once the performance fee is paid.
- 6Register for workshops. (optional)
- 7Attend the workshops and rehearsals for the dances you intend to perform.
*NOTE: If you are not currently a member of our NYC studio, Contact Tiekka to arrange a time to take class. There are a limited number of spots available and priority will be given to studio members who attend classes regularly.

The fees below do not include any personal supplies, shoes, tights, or headpieces. Workshop and costume fees will vary depending on the number of dances you choose to learn and perform. You keep all costume items you purchase.
Performance Fee: $585

Costume Decoration workshop on Saturday, March 28th 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Stage Hair & Makeup workshop on Saturday, April 25th 10:00 am - 11:45 pm

Workshop Fees: $40-$92 each

Costume Fees: Estimated $75-125 each
I'm working on getting a discount code for ordering your tutus, leotards, tights, and shoes from Discount Dance. I'll also have suggestions for places to get the exact color tutu you want for Sleeping Beauty costumes. I'll provide some flower and feather embellishments for our Costume Decoration workshop. However, there may be some additional cost for headpieces for the swan costumes.

Workshops
Individual dances are OPTIONAL. However, you must attend both the studio workshop and rehearsals for any dance you wish to perform. Each session includes a brief warmup barre. Choose workshops at your level. Use the buttons below to register.
*NOTE: You can take the studio workshops even if you don't intend to perform in the showcase. Virtual workshops are also available to non-performers. The choice is yours!

Black Swan
A reimagined version of Odile's dance of seduction with the Prince.

Costume Decoration
We'll prepare our costume leotards and tutus with feathers and flowers! We'll also build our headpieces. Dancers bring their costumes to work on with guidance from Tiekka.

Stage Hair & Makeup
Learn how to do ballet hair and stage makeup for the show! Dancers bring their own makeup and eyelashes. Tiekka will send a list of suggested products a couple of weeks before the workshop.
