Rehearsal periods will include both group and feature dances at the specified level. Take class before rehearsal to be warm and ready to dance.

Feature Dances
Feature dances will be taught in workshops and rehearsed at the beginning of each general rehearsal period.
Weekly rehearsal attendance is not absolutely mandatory, BUT this will be your opportunity to practice!
EXCEPTION: Cygnets must attend weekly rehearsals!
IMPORTANT: Regular rehearsal attendance is STRONGLY ADVISED. Each dancer is responsible for making sure they have developed the memory, strength, and skill to perform their chosen dances by adequately attending rehearsals. Everyday Ballet reserves the right to remove any dancer from performing a dance they are unprepared to perform safely.

To participate in the performance you will need to do the following.
PAYMENT DEADLINE IS MARCH 1, 2026.
- 1Review Rehearsal, Workshop, and Performance Schedule.
- 2Sign the Liability Waiver, Performance Agreement, and Code of Conduct documents.
- 3Send the signed documents to tiekka@everydayballet.com. Then you'll be sent the payment link.
- 4Pay the performance fee.
- 5Join the Showcase Group in the Everyday Ballet WhatsApp. Tiekka will send the link once the performance fee is paid.
- 6Register for workshops. (optional)
- 7Attend the workshops and rehearsals for the dances you intend to perform.
*NOTE: If you are not currently a member of our NYC studio, Contact Tiekka to arrange a time to take class. There are a limited number of spots available and priority will be given to studio members who attend classes regularly.

SHOWCASE FORMS

The fees below do not include any personal supplies, shoes, tights, or headpieces. Workshop and costume fees will vary depending on the number of dances you choose to learn and perform. You keep all costume items you purchase.
Performance Fee: $385

Costume Decoration workshop on Saturday, March 28th 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Workshop Fees: $45-$80 each

Costume Fees: Estimated $65-100 each
I'm working on getting a discount code for ordering your tutus, leotards, tights, and shoes. I'll also have suggestions for places to get the exact color tutu you want for Sleeping Beauty costumes. I'll provide some flower and feather embellishments for our Costume Decoration workshop. However, there may be an additional cost for headpieces for the swan costumes.
SLEEPING BEAUTY FAIRIES
I'll bring embellishments to sew onto your leotards/tutus during our Costume Decoration Workshop on April 11th. You will need to have your leotards and tutus by then.

Choose a sleeveless style in a pastel color.

Everyone participating in these dances will need to have the same costume. Please order accordingly for the dances you intend to perform.

Group Dances
Group Dances are OPTIONAL but you must stick to your level. Choose one, none, or all. Just remember that rehearsals are mandatory so make sure you can commit to the schedule of your chosen dance(s). Take class before rehearsal to be warm and ready to dance.

Workshops
Additional workshops will be added if there is sufficient demand.
Feature dances are OPTIONAL. You must attend the NYC workshop and rehearsals for any dance you wish to perform. Each workshop includes a brief warmup barre. Choose workshops at your level. Workshops are open to all dancers, even if you don't want to perform!
*You can take the studio workshops even if you don't intend to perform in the showcase. Virtual workshops are also available to non-performers. The choice is yours!
